Each garment is produced in small, controlled batches to maintain consistency, durability, and uncompromising standards no shortcuts, no fast fashion.

FIT & SIZING

Most items fit true to size unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Detailed measurements are provided to help you choose confidently.

If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the size guide before purchasing.

PRODUCTION, QUALITY & GARMENT CARE

All garments are manufactured through vetted production partners that meet our quality standards. 

We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure fabric integrity, craftsmanship, and responsible production. Every item is inspected before dispatch.

Garment Care

To preserve the structure, print, and longevity of your garment, follow these care instructions:

  • Wash at 30–40°C

  • Wash inside out

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Iron inside out only

  • Avoid direct heat on prints or graphics

These steps ensure your garment maintains its fit, finish, and premium feel over time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY (UK)

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 5–7 working business days.

Courier

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

Calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS (UK)

Returns Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email our Customer Support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

You will receive return authorisation details and return instructions.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

All prices are listed in GBP, with applicable fees displayed at checkout.

We do not store your payment information.
